Conducted a ground-up needs analysis in an environment with no existing onboarding structure, surfaced 7 distinct performance gaps, and designed a complete ADDIE-based training program to address them.

Analyzed and applied complex regulatory language to program planning and service delivery contexts

I've volunteered my instructional design skills with faith-based organizations and animal welfare causes. The work involved real deliverables: onboarding systems, training pathways, and behavior guidance frameworks for organizations running on limited resources. I'm open to doing more of this. Faith-Based Organization Training

Designed volunteer onboarding systems for church ministries, including modular eLearning for ushers, children's ministry, and outreach teams. Covered expectations, safeguarding policies, and communication norms. Also developed leadership training for small group leaders and ministry coordinators covering coaching skills, conflict resolution, and facilitation techniques.

Animal Welfare & Shelter Training

Built volunteer training and certification pathways for animal shelters covering safe handling, shelter protocols, and bite prevention. Designed adoption counselor training focused on matching skills and expectation-setting, plus foster parent onboarding covering behavior monitoring and transition planning.
