I'm a bilingual Learning & Development professional and instructional designer with a deep commitment to equity, capacity building, and human-centered design. I translate complex performance gaps into scalable, research-backed learning experiences — from thorough needs assessments through rigorous evaluation.
My work spans K–12 education, social services, and community-facing organizations, where I've built L&D programs from the ground up, led organizational turnarounds, and designed systems that measurably improve staff performance, retention, and learner outcomes.
Currently completing an MEd in Educational Technology & Instructional Design at WGU (2026) and fluent in both English and Spanish — enabling me to design learning that reaches and respects diverse communities.
